Shipping policy

TSAVAH Store currently offers free pickup at designated pickup locations. We do not ship individual orders directly to customers. All orders will be sent to the pickup location selected by the customer at checkout.

Pickup Locations

At checkout, customers may select from the available pickup options, which may include:

DGG Montreal
DGG Peel Campus
DGG Whitby
TSAVAH 21 – Last 3 Days

Available pickup locations may vary depending on the order period or event.

Order Processing & Pickup

After your order has been placed, it will be prepared and sent to your selected pickup location.

You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup. Please do not visit the pickup location to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct pickup location during checkout. Once an order has been processed or transferred to the selected location, we may not be able to change the pickup location.

Pickup Cost

Pickup at the available TSAVAH Store pickup locations is FREE.

Size Exchanges

Eligible size exchanges must be returned to the same pickup location where the original order was collected. Please contact us at sells@tsavah21.org and receive approval before bringing an item back.
